Stevens & Bolton has advised the shareholders of Trillium Systems Limited on their sale to ClearCourse Partnership LLP, a partnership of innovative technology companies providing membership software to groups, organisations and small businesses.
Trillium, which operates out of London, provides market leading digital solutions through an integrated approach to CRM, websites and user experience strategy. It was founded in 2010 and supports clients from a variety of sectors, including chartered membership institutes, associations, regulatory and awarding bodies, trade unions, and charities.
This is ClearCourse’s eleventh acquisition since its establishment in 2018, and its second in the space of two weeks, having recently acquired leading web-based golf club and competition management software, intelligentgolf. The S&B team also advised on this acquisition.
Gavin Pollock, co-founder of Trillium, commented “We were impressed with the expertise that Nick, Krishna and the Stevens & Bolton team brought to this transaction. Each of the various members in the team's experience and approach spoke volumes and was definitely one of the reasons we managed to achieve completion in a very short timescale.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again for future needs”.
The S&B team was led by corporate partner Nick Atkins, supported by associate Krishna Patel (corporate), Sarah Balchin (corporate tax), Rachel Collins (employment), Tom Collins (IP), Kate Fellows-Tully (pensions) and Ian Craig (real estate).
