Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised nursery group, Three Little Birds Nurseries, on its acquisition of Crystal Childcare Limited, a group of three day-nurseries in London.
Three Little Birds Nurseries was founded in 2019 with a mission to provide quality childcare in the London area. The acquisition sees expanding operator, Three Little Birds Nurseries, grow to a group of six nurseries within London.
