Stevens & Bolton has advised Store Property Investments Ltd (Store Property), a well-known property investor and developer in the South East, on its purchase of 22-24 Cowper Street in London.
Chichester-based Store Property has purchased a prominent freehold 7,750 sq ft office building in Islington, 22-24 Cowper Street, subject to an occupational tenancy. The purchase is a strategic addition to its portfolio located across London and the South East, and was completed within a very short timeframe.
Stevens & Bolton has worked with Store Property for more than 15 years, supporting its continuing growth strategy to develop and manage its property portfolio.
