Stevens & Bolton’s corporate team has advised Merino Capital on its acquisition of Premier Bikes and Triumph Oxford, which specialise in the sale of motorcycles. Merino Capital is an active investor in UK businesses with a portfolio of 11 businesses. Premier Bikes are the leading KTM and Triumph dealer in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, and have a strong reputation for choice and customer service. The transaction facilitated the retirement of the original founder.
Stevens & Bolton has previously acted for Merino Capital in connection with a number of transactions over the past seven years, including the recent acquisition of Knightsbridge Mechanical Handling Ltd.
