The Stevens & Bolton team has advised Melrose Education on its recent acquisition of Belgrave School, an independent special school in Bristol. Stevens & Bolton has acted for Melrose Education since the start of its journey and this is its eighth acquisition.
Melrose Education is a school group with a strategy of building a portfolio of outstanding special education needs and alternative education schools in England and their aim is to be one of the most recognisable special needs providers in the country.
