The Stevens & Bolton team supported the sellers of Africa Matters Ltd with the sale, and included Joe Bedford, Charlotte Lane and Rebecca Sutcliffe (corporate), Kate Schmit, Sarah Cardew and Melanie Shone (corporate tax) and Rebecca Berry (employment).
