Stevens & Bolton’s corporate team has advised longstanding client, Ardonagh Advisory Broking Holdings Ltd, on its acquisition of RK Henshall (Holdings) Ltd, a cheshire based broker which specialises in commercial insurance and has a number of high-quality schemes through its Air Underwriting division.
