Rachel advises on a broad spectrum of private client matters including wills, succession planning (including international succession planning), tax advice, and the preparation of Advance Decisions and Statements for clients concerned about a loss of mental capacity at some future date.
Rachel joined Stevens & Bolton as a solicitor in November 2017 having trained at City law firm.
Rachel advises individuals and families on a wide range of matters including probate and estate administration, tax and trust issues, domestic and international succession planning and wills (with an interest also in the relationship between the succession of a client’s UK and foreign assets, where applicable). In addition, Rachel has a particular interest in advising clients about preparing for a possible future loss of mental capacity and therefore a loss of the ability to actively take part in planning for one’s future health and care.
