Rachel joined Stevens & Bolton in 2018 having previously trained and worked at a large international firm.
Rachel advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating service agreements, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements and company policies. Rachel regularly provides advice to HR professionals and in-house counsel on a broad range of employment law issues such as managing sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance issues, termination of employment and redundancy processes.
Rachel is experienced in defending a variety of Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims. She also advises on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
