Oscar Horwich

Oscar is a highly experienced corporate partner who advises on all areas of corporate transactional work with a particular focus on mid-market M&A, venture and growth funding and PE, both national and international.

Oscar joined Stevens & Bolton in 2010 having trained and qualified at a City of London law firm. He became a partner in 2020.

Oscar has significant experience advising on cross-border transactions and works with a broad client base including large corporates, private equity funds, listed groups, growing owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

  • The shareholders of SaaS business, Red Fox I.D. Ltd, on its USD10.2m sale to Quarterhill, Inc., a leading provider of tolling and enforcement solutions in the intelligent transportation system industry, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange
  • Seal Software Group, the global contract data analytics SaaS business, on its USD188m sale to DocuSign (before which advising on the USD15m strategic investment by DocuSign and previous funding rounds by angel investors and West Coast US PE fund Toba Capital)
  • Bright Path Sports Partners, the US specialist sports fund, on its £105m investment into Ipswich Town Football Club
  • The shareholders and management team of Zenitech, the fast-growing digital transformation services provider based in the UK, Romania and Lithuania, on its significant investment from private equity buy and build specialist, Sovereign Capital Partners
  • RPM International Inc, the US multinational company with subsidiaries that manufacture and market specialty coatings, sealants and building materials, on numerous M&A transactions buy-side and sell-side
