Kirsty specialises in the administration of UK trusts and estates and advises on a wide range of regulatory compliance obligations placed on trustees and executors.
Kirsty joined Stevens & Bolton in 2008. She is a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates (England & Wales) with distinction in 2012.
Kirsty has extensive experience of administering UK trusts and estates including preparing trust and estate accounts, self-assessment tax returns and inheritance tax returns.
She also advises on and deals with regulatory obligations faced by trustees and executors including obtaining legal entity identifiers, automatic exchange of information reporting for trustees and obtaining global intermediary identification numbers, registering and maintaining a trust record with HMRC and the requirement for trustees to hold suitable records under the current anti-money laundering regulations.
