Julija joined Stevens & Bolton in 2024, having previously worked at other firms in the City and South East.

Julija is a capable and approachable lawyer who builds long-term relationships. She works with investors, landlords and occupiers in achieving their objectives to sell, acquire, lease and manage their real estate asset portfolios. Her confidence and agility have most recently been demonstrated through her work with clients in the office, automotive and energy sectors. Driven by her keen interest in renewable energy and sustainability, she continues to advance her knowledge and expertise in these areas.

  • Assisting an investor client in relation to drafting and negotiating leases of individual units in a shopping centre in Manchester.

  • Advising an ESG-focused water management consultancy company on the property aspects of the sale of its business to a private equity house, which is part of Lloyds Banking Group.
  • Responsibility for the full due diligence and reporting for a corporate occupier in relation to the lease of an office space in central London, with an aggregate value of £3.9m.
  • Acting for a property developer and investor in entering into an agreement for lease and lease for warehouse premises with a tenant, with the total value in excess of £5m
