Joanna is an experienced senior knowledge lawyer who delivers specialist practical and technical support to the finance, restructuring and insolvency team. She manages the team’s know-how and precedents and helps the team stay up-to-date.
Joanna joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023, having trained with a Magic Circle firm in London and worked for them in Hong Kong for 15 years.
She previously advised investors, creditors, companies and insolvency office holders on financial restructuring, security enforcement and insolvency processes. Joanna also has experience advising on cross-border loan and security documentation.
