Emily advises on both domestic and international private client matters for individuals, trustees and family offices.
Emily joined Stevens & Bolton in 2024, having trained at a firm in the West End and worked in the private client teams at other London firms.
Emily advises on a wide range of private client matters, including UK wills and succession planning, capital tax planning and philanthropy. She often acts for clients with an international profile and has particular experience in cross-border estate planning for clients with assets abroad and offshore trust structures holding UK residential property.
Emily also advises on tax residence and other planning considerations for clients who are moving to, or leaving, the UK.
Emily is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales).
