Chantelle joined Stevens & Bolton as an Associate in 2021 having trained at a leading UK firm.
Chantelle advises both businesses and individuals on all areas of employment law and her experience includes drafting contracts of employment and key employment policies, advising on reorganisations and redundancies, advising on termination of employment and the negotiation of settlement agreements. Chantelle also has extensive experience in defending a variety of employment tribunal claims.
Recent highlights include:
- Defending a high-value race discrimination claim against a FTSE 250 company
- Assisting and advising a number of clients on restructuring projects and redundancy exercises, including a national house-building company
Chantelle was appointed to the sit on the junior committee of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) in 2023. ELA represents the views of employment lawyers across the UK and the committee is involved in organising training and social events and responding to changes to employment law.
