Andrew is an experienced M&A lawyer who advises corporate, institutional and individual clients on cross-border and domestic private M&A transactions across a variety of sectors, including technology, life sciences and real estate.
Andrew joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023. Prior to this, Andrew worked in the City at two leading international firms where he was also seconded for six months to an investment bank. He qualified in 2015.
Andrew has a particular interest in assisting clients with their strategic international goals and is experienced in working and developing relationships with overseas law firms.

- A German investment fund on a £600m acquisition of an offshore corporate structure holding a premium real estate asset in the City
