Lorna Sleave and Lucinda Russell-Jones explore the subject of jurisdiction (namely which court has the power to determine a dispute) by considering the basics of drafting a good jurisdiction clause, highlighting the importance of such clauses in contracts, and looking at the factors to bear in mind when considering which jurisdiction to choose.
