Welcome to our winter 2019 corporate deals bulletin.
This edition showcases a selection of transactions we have been involved in since our summer bulletin. We have completed some standout deals over the period and continue to see strong levels of M&A activity, notwithstanding that generally lower rates of deal-doing have been reported across the UK, within the current backdrop of political and economic uncertainty.
We have seen activity across a wide range of sectors, including technology, media, aviation, education and insurance.
Additionally, we are very pleased that our M&A team was once again ranked in the top ten law firms by deal volume in the South East, in the current Experian MarketIQ report YTD 2019.
