Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the sellers and management team on the management buyout of longstanding client Stackhouse Poland, funded by private equity investor Synova Capital.
Stackhouse Poland is an independent insurance broker specialising in sourcing tailored insurance solutions at competitive premiums for High Net Worth Private Clients and those with Business Insurance, Charity Insurance and Healthcare Insurance requirements. Synova Capital is backing the management team led by chief executive Tim Johnson and executive chairman Jeremy Cary.
