Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised UK Cycling Events Limited (UKCE) on the on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Time Inc. (UK) Ltd.
UKCE is the UK’s leading provider of premium cycling events. This is a fast expanding sector in which UKCE, under the leadership of founder and manager Martin Barden, has grown to organise over 50 sportives per year. Time Inc. (UK) have made the strategic acquisition as part of building an events growth platform for its business as a whole and will work with Martin going forward to further develop the UKCE business.
