Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised on the acquisition of Antler Homes plc by an investment Group led by Literacy Capital plc, Andrew Rinaldi and Dane Houlahan.
Headquartered in Bagshot in Surrey, Antler Homes has built a solid reputation for homes with refined design and innovation. The company will retain its focus on delivering high-quality family homes on new developments in and around Berkshire, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Literacy Capital is a closed-end investment company focused on investing in and supporting growing UK businesses, and helping their management teams to achieve long-term success. The new business will be led by Andrew Rinaldi as Managing Director, with Dane Houlahan taking on a non-executive role focused on growth and strategy. Significant new investment and growth is planned by Antler Homes, targeting strong commuter-belt locations within one hour of central London and with excellent demographics and growth prospects.
