Stevens and Bolton LLP has advised the management team of ITC Global Security Limited (ITC), a cyber security specialist, on the sale of its entire issued share capital to C5 Capital, a family capital-backed technology investment firm.
Established in 1995, ITC provides organisations with assured IT. It designs and integrates secure cloud-based and on premise IT Network infrastructures that enhance performance, safeguard information and simplify management. Tom Millar, founder and CEO of ITC Global Security, commented:
“Richard and his team at Stevens & Bolton were professional and extremely competent throughout the entire process and, most importantly, in all the big moments they were calm and took a lot of weight off my shoulders which was invaluable.”
Richard Baxter, partner of Stevens & Bolton LLP, commented:
“It was a great pleasure to work with Tom Millar and his team on this strategic project, which included some complex structuring and international aspects. We wish the team every success in its exciting next stage of development in partnership with C5 Capital.”
