Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Business Growth Fund (BGF) on its recent investment in Dianomi Limited, a high-growth technology company.
Dianomi is a technology and media company that utilises its proprietary native content marketing platform to match premium sponsored content with relevant and engaged audiences across business publications such as Reuters, MarketWatch and MSN.
The investment from BGF provides Dianomi with financing to drive expansion in North America, Europe and the APAC region.
Matthew Singh, investor at BGF commented: “BGF is backing an innovative and forward-thinking management team at Dianomi, helping them to accelerate growth internationally. Stevens & Bolton were instrumental in helping us to support the business by advising us on our transaction structuring and diligence, bringing a wide range of expertise to the table. Our strong relationship with the Stevens & Bolton team has been built over a number of transactions, on the back of their in-depth understanding of our transaction approach”.
Joe Bedford, corporate partner at Stevens & Bolton commented: “We have been working with BGF for several years on a number of separate growth finance investments and are proud to support BGF in its goal, to offer growing companies and ambitious entrepreneurs in the UK and Ireland patient capital and strategic support. We are delighted to have assisted in the successful conclusion of the Dianomi transaction, which we are sure will assist this TechTrack 100 company’s march towards its next stage of development. We wish both BGF and Dianomi every success with the business going forward”.
The Stevens & Bolton team was led by corporate partner Joe Bedford, supported by Nassar Nassar and Melissa Turner (corporate), Andrew Dodds (finance and banking), Shaun Hogan (employment) and Sara Balchin (corporate tax).
