Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Antares Underwriting Services Limited on the grant of the lease of its new London headquarters at 21 Lime Street and its complete office fit out.
Antares Underwriting has taken a 15 year lease of all seven floors of the 32,000 sq ft development by Aldgate Developments and The City of London Corporation bar two small retail units.
Antares Underwriting is an established independent managing agent at Lloyd’s, delivering a worldwide diversified range of underwriting services. Its new headquarters sit in the heart of the insurance district adjacent to Leadenhall Market and enjoy private roof terraces with spectacular views of the City.
