Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Acro Aircraft Seating and founding shareholders on securing a £7.75m growth capital investment from the Business Growth Fund (BGF).
Acro, based near Gatwick Airport, manufactures around 25,000 aircraft seats each year for clients including Thomas Cook, Frontier and Spirit Airlines.
