Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised London and South East nursery group ICP Nurseries on its recent acquisition of three additional nursery groups: Doodle Do Day Nursery, the Zeeba nurseries group and Patacake Day Nursery.
These three acquisitions have expanded the high quality nursery group to a total of 19 nurseries in London and the South East. ICP Nurseries is focused on operating premium nurseries in London and the South East with a dedicated focus on providing the very best childcare in the local area.
The Stevens & Bolton team on the acquisitions was led by partner Jonathan Porteous, supported by Bethany Sheen and Krishna Patel (corporate), Emily Applegarth and Lillee Reid-Hunt (real estate), Matt Padian and Caroline Carmichael (banking), Shaun Hogan (employment) and Kate Fellows-Tully (pensions).
