Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised South East nursery group ICP Nurseries on its recent acquisition of three additional nurseries: Oaklands Day Nursery (Tonbridge), Ladybird Day Nursery (Cambridge) and Forest Hill Children's Nursery (Forest Hill, London).
ICP Nurseries is focused on owning and operating premium nurseries in London and the South East, with a dedicated focus on providing the very best childcare in the local area. These new acquisitions will expand the high quality nursery group to a total of 23 nurseries in London and the South East.
Stevens & Bolton has acted for ICP Nurseries over a number of years and has supported them in connection with 11 of their previous acquisitions.
