Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the shareholders of longstanding client and care home software provider iCareHealth on its recent sale to the Access Group.
iCareHealth is a leading provider of software solutions for the social care sector, with a range of products that help care organisations manage their quality and risk, in order to achieve compliance.
The Access Group is a UK-focused software company with a strong track record of providing an extensive software portfolio for the whole organisation. Their Health and Social Care division includes a number of solutions used by over 5,000 registered providers in residential and domiciliary care.
The acquisition will enable iCareHealth to access a new level of expertise in the provision of integrated software solutions, help accelerate product development and provide clients with a wider range of connected solutions to help them in their business.
Rohan Vendy, CEO of iCareHealth, commented “It was a pleasure to work with Stevens & Bolton. Jenny and her team delivered specialised advice across a wide range of issues, in what turned out to be a complex transaction. Their diligent approach, careful attention to detail and easy manner made for a great client experience. And a successful outcome.”
