Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised family office investor Kaye Enterprises and the management team on the recent sale of Metasphere Limited to growth equity investors XPV Water Partners.
Based in the UK and Australia, Metasphere is a leading end-to-end remote telemetry solutions provider, particularly to clients in the water and waste water sectors.
XPV Water Partners, headquartered in Toronto, is dedicated to making a difference in water. XPV manages investment capital from institutional investors worldwide, with the aim of creating innovative products and services that help move the industry forward.
