Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the Conrad group (Conrad Group) on its recent acquisition of Rapid Electronics Holdings Limited and its operating subsidiary Rapid Electronics Limited (Rapid Electronics), one of the UK’s leading distributors of electronic products.
With 140 employees Rapid Electronics will be the platform for the Conrad Group in the UK market. The Conrad Group considers that Rapid Electronics has a strong focus on customer-orientation, assortment, enlargement and embedding and that the acquisition will enhance the products and services offered by the Conrad Group.

The Conrad Group is an international group of companies with its own national companies and distribution partners in 17 countries throughout Europe.
