Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the shareholders of Compass Consulting on the sale of the business to NASDAQ-listed Information Services Group, Inc.
Headquartered in the UK, Compass Consulting has 180 employees in 16 countries including the US, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy and Australia. Compass is an independent global provider of business and information technology benchmarking, performance improvement, data and analytics service.
