Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Scotts (Putney) Limited on the sale of its property management business to HML Shaw Limited, a subsidiary of AIM listed HML Holdings Plc, for £1.9m.
Established in 1976, the Scotts of Putney business provides residential letting and block management services, largely in central and west London, as well as other property services.
