Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the founder shareholders of OTM Consulting Ltd on the sale of their shares to AIM-listed technology and product development company Sagentia Group plc for £6.5m comprising cash and Sagentia shares.
OTM Consulting Ltd is a firm of technology management consultants specialising in the upstream oil & gas and alternative energy sectors and has offices in Guildford, Houston and Dubai. The sale included the wholly owned Texas subsidiary OTM Consulting, Inc.
