Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Hilson Moran Partnership Limited on the investment by Albion Ventures to back a £5million management buyout.
Hilson Moran provides consultancy in building services, sustainability, facilities management and other services and is firmly established as a leading engineering consultancy to commercial office, data centre, retail, leisure, hotel and residential projects.
The Stevens & Bolton LLP team was led by head of corporate Keith Syson and corporate partner, Joe Bedford.
