Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Stackhouse Poland on its acquisition of Chris Frost Insurance Services, a specialist professional indemnity broker.

The acquisition complements Stackhouse Poland's existing activities in the professional indemnity sector and reflects its continuing strategy of focusing on strong organic growth plus the acquisition of like-minded companies.
