Shortly before Christmas, Stevens & Bolton’s Banking and Finance team secured appointment to three banking panels. We were appointed for the first time to the panel of preferred legal advisers to Allied Irish Bank as well as to the legal panel of a leading international and UK clearing bank. We were also re-appointed following a lengthy re-tendering process to another UK clearing bank panel.
We are now a panel firm adviser for seven of the UK’s eleven clearing banks, as well as advising many other lenders active in the UK market, and acting for numerous borrowers.
